“ทอ.” โต้ “กัมพูชา” ไม่เคยจัดซื้อระเบิด MK-84 จากอิสราเอล [English version]

วันที่ 5 สิงหาคม 2568 จากกรณี นาย เฮง รัตนา ผู้อำนวยการ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการทุ่นระเบิดกัมพูชา หรือ CMAC อ้างระเบิด MK-84 ที่ขุดพบถูกผลิตในปี 2539 เป็นของกองทัพอากาศไทย ไม่ใช่ระเบิดเก่า และคาดว่าไทยอาจซื้อจาก ประเทศอิสราเอล

ล่าสุด กองทัพอากาศ ยืนยันแล้วว่า “เป็นข่าวปลอม” ซึ่งคำกล่าวอ้างดังกล่าวของ เฮง รัตนา ไม่มีมูลความจริงแต่อย่างใด

1. กองทัพอากาศไม่ได้จัดซื้อระเบิดจากแหล่งที่กล่าวอ้าง
2. กองทัพอากาศจัดซื้อยุทโธปกรณ์จากพันธมิตรที่ได้รับการรับรองผ่านความร่วมมือทางกลาโหมเท่านั้น
3. การพิสูจน์หลักฐานควรผ่านการตรวจสอบจากองค์กรที่เป็นกลางและมีความน่าเชื่อถือในดับระดับสากล
4. การปฏิบัตการทางอากาศของกองทัพอากาศไทย เป็นการใช้สิทธิในการป้องกันตนเองตามกฎบัติสหประชาชาติ มาตรา 51 และอยู่ภายใต้กรอบของกฎหมายมนุษยธรรมระหว่างประเทศ และหลักความชอบธรรมตามสิทธิป้องกันตนเองอย่างเคร่งครัด

“กองทัพอากาศขอให้ทุกฝ่ายใช้ข้อมูลที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบทางเทคนิคจากองค์กรที่เป็นกลาง เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการบิดเบือนข้อมูลในห้วงเวลาที่สถานการณ์มีความละเอียดอ่อน”

Press Statement: Regarding Allegations Concerning the MK-84 Bomb Attributed to the Royal Thai Air Force

1. The Royal Thai Air Force has not procured munitions from the source mentioned in the allegations.
2. All defense procurements by the Royal Thai Air Force are made solely through certified partners under official defense cooperation frameworks.
3. Verification of evidence should be conducted by neutral and internationally credible organizations.
4. All air operations conducted by the Royal Thai Air Force are an exercise of the right of self-defense under Article 51 of the United Nations Charter, and are strictly carried out within the framework of international humanitarian law and the principle of legitimacy in self-defense.
